Description

The SmartRail 986-SR/8 from HAZET consists of a flexible plastic socket strip with 1/2" square sockets, equipped with eight practical 1/2" screwdriver sockets for trade, industry and workshops. The magnetic underside of the SmartRail series ensures a perfect hold on all magnetic surfaces, e.g. on workshop trolleys, on tool walls, machines or lifting platforms and in drawers. The durable, robust twist lock ensures that the sockets are firmly in place and still allows immediate access: to remove them, simply turn the socket to the left. The practical pictogram and the size designation for all included sockets make it easier to find the size you need. The eight 986 sockets with knurled handles are made of chrome vanadium, chrome-plated and polished. The blades are TiN (titanium nitride) coated. The special CVD process for very hard TiN coating achieves extremely high adhesion and abrasion resistance of the layer, which enables stronger wear protection and significantly improves the service life. The optimal layer thickness leads to a perfect fit, enables a higher torque and offers optimized corrosion protection. The socket wrench insert 986 is suitable for manual operation and complies with the DIN 7422 standard.Art. no.: 1837421
