• Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water and non-abrasive liquid detergent.
• Never overheat oil or fat.
• After use, wash the inside and outside of the cookware with warm water, liquid detergent and a sponge, then dry thoroughly before storage.
• During cooking or washing, small spots may appear on the cookware walls. This is a natural phenomenon and can be reduced by adding vinegar or lemon juice to the washing water.
• To reduce the risk of staining, add salt during boiling, not before.
