Description

The NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a high-quality and quiet 140mm CPU cooler for workstations and servers with AMD Threadripper and Epyc processors that use the TR5/SP6 socket (sTRX5/sWRX9). Based on the proven TR4-SP3 model with its large heatsink and contact area covering the entire heat spreader, the TR5-SP6 revision uses two of the award-winning, PWM-controlled 140mm NF-A15 fans for maximum performance and excellent acoustics. Together with the pre-applied NT-H2 thermal paste and the professional TR5/SP6 SecuFirm2 mounting system, which has been adapted to the increased pressure requirements of the platform, the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 forms a complete premium package for the quiet cooling of TR5-based Threadripper workstations and SP6-based Epyc servers.Article no.: 100020811
