DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first launch) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection - just purchase an additional one-year plan (up to two times - you gain up to 3 years in total). When an accident happens1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to DJI's German service center with a note that he has purchased DJI Care Refresh. 2) Stolen or abandoned product. 3) Additional accessories. 4) Intentional loss of the product. 5) Damage to the case that does not affect the operation of the product. 6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God. 7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh. 8) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance. 9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger. 10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
