Description

The Knipex stripping pliers 13 42 165 are ideal for time-saving stripping and stripping of round sheathed cables and wet room cables with a maximum diameter of 13mm. The circular cutting edge with depth limitation makes it easier to strip the coating without causing damage. It is mainly used when wiring frequently laid NYM cables (NYM stands for "standard cable / PVC insulation of the cores / sheathed cable"). The slim head shape and the optimally angled cable jacket cutting edge make access easier, especially in low-lying flush-mounted boxes. The integrated side cutter is used to cut conductors, wires, small screws and nails. The stripping pliers are forged from vanadium electrical steel and oil-hardened in several stages. For basic protection against rust, the pliers are atramented black (phosphated). The handles are particularly non-slip and comfortable thanks to multi-component covers. Item no.: 1863495
