Description

The TorqueVario-S VDE torque system offers controlled screw tightening and safety during electrical work at the same time. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits are subjected to a routine test in accordance with the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. The TorqueVario-S electric 38074 torque screwdriver set contains an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, 2 slimBits, a bit holder and the adjustment tool. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with its variably adjustable torque range of 1.0-5.0 Nm. A clearly audible and tangible signal when the torque is triggered ensures process-reliable work that protects against material damage and rework. The torque range can be variably adjusted using the integrated numerical scale and the included adjustment tool. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures a secure hold of the 75mm long slimBits thanks to a mechanical blade lock. With the Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, specially developed for electrical work, the protective insulation has been integrated into the blades to enable blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This mEAN Code s that even deep-lying screw and spring elements can be reached effortlessly.
