Description

The powerful, efficient GARDENA 3900 Silent domestic water system is an important part of the water supply in the home and garden. It enables the use of rain or well water to irrigate the garden or as domestic water, for example for toilets or washing machines. The domestic water system switches on and off automatically depending on water requirements. As it can draw on the 21-liter storage tank, it operates extremely quietly and cost-effectively. The powerful pressure pump achieves a delivery head of 43 meters and a flow rate of 3,900 liters per hour. The moderate power consumption of just 650 watts underlines the high efficiency of the domestic water system developed in Germany. The pump is comparatively quiet in operation because the noise-reducing plastic housing dampens the volume. The rubber feet ensure that the pump stands firmly and operates with little vibration. The base can also be screwed to the floor in a hidden manner. A high-performance membrane is installed inside the water tank, which makes the tank maintenance-free for at least five years. During this time, neither air needs to be added nor the membrane replaced. All components of the domestic water system stand for durability: The inner skin of the tank is made of a waterproof, multi-layer material that protects the housing from corrosion. The drive shaft is made of stainless steel. In addition, the pressure indicator and pressure switch are integrated in the design and ensure compact installation dimensions. The ceramic sealing system and the integrated filter also contribute to the long service life. This prevents dirt particles from getting into the energy-saving pump. The practical pressure gauge shows the current pressure in the storage tank at all times and a non-return valve is also integrated. The thermal protection switch protects the motor from overload. Thanks to the large filling opening and the drain valve, the 3900 Silent domestic water system can be filled particularly easily and emptied if there is a risk of frost.Art. no.: 1890378
