Description

The Makita DG001GZ05 XGT cordless earth drill is a lightweight, easy-to-use earth drill, e.g. for fence posts, stakes or cuttings. The brushless motor achieves a torque of up to 136 Nm. Two speed ranges are available. Up to 1,500 rpm for fast drilling in sandy soil or up to 400 rpm for heavy clay soil. If the drill gets blocked, the reverse function helps to release the earth drill. The XGT technology ensures powerful, extremely high performance despite its lower weight. The ADT (Automatic torque Drive Technology) function automatically regulates the speed during operation in order to achieve optimum performance depending on requirements. The electric motor brake, the two large additional guide handles and the complex protection against dust and splash water also give the DG001GZ05 cordless earth drill a high level of safety.Art. no.: 1781482

Feature The separately available XGT quick charger DC40RA can also be used to charge the 18 volt LXT batteries (in conjunction with the ADP10 charging adapter).
Further information The batteries of the XGT system deliver a voltage of 40 volts max. with a compact design and low weight. They are specially designed to deliver higher discharge currents, for tough use (protection class IP56) and continuous maximum power. The XGT series sets new standards with digital communication between the machine, battery and charger. The built-in processors communicate with each other throughout the entire use, ensuring an optimal level of performance and a noticeably longer battery life.
