The Intel Delid-Die-Mate TG-DDM-i13G from Thermal Grizzly is a tool for removing the heat spreader (heads / delidden) for the CPU socket LGA1700. By removing it, direct cooling is possible, which means the CPU cooler is mounted directly on the CPU chip. This enables significantly optimized heat transfer. Item no.: 100031578
