Description

The fischer injection mortar FIS V Zero 360 S is based on an innovative and special recipe, it offers maximum safety for people and nature. The injection mortar meets the highest occupational health and safety requirements and is classified as "label-free" in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance. It is free of dibenzoyl peroxide, which is classified as environmentally hazardous, sensitizing and eye-irritating, and thus enables its users to process it safely. Thanks to the innovative recipe and ingredients, the cartridge can be disposed of in normal residual waste and avoids costly hazardous waste. The FIS V Zero is approved for fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete, masonry and for subsequent reinforcement connections. Special applications, such as anchoring in water-filled boreholes, as well as installation at temperatures from -10 to 40°C, are also regulated in the approval. The injection mortar FIS V Zero 360 S therefore offers maximum flexibility under all weather conditions. The mortar bonds the fastening element to the borehole wall over its entire surface and seals the borehole. Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated when pressed out in the static mixer. The injection cartridges can be processed quickly and easily using the fischer dispensing devices, but can also be processed without special tools using sturdy commercially available silicone dispensing guns.
