Noctua's DX series CPU coolers have been the first choice for years when it comes to quiet premium cooling solutions for Intel® Xeon processors. The NH-U9 DX-4677 features a larger, specially adapted contact area for LGA4677. With its 92 mm heatsink based on the proven NH-U9 and two of the award-winning, PWM-controlled NF-A9 92 mm fans (high-performance version with 2500 rpm), it combines strong cooling performance and excellent compatibility - perfect for 4U systems and other applications with limited space. The airflow of the NH-U9 is aligned perpendicular to the long axis of the LGA4677 socket, making the cooler ideal for systems where the exhaust case fans are positioned in this direction. The all-round high-quality package of the NH-U9 DX-4677 is completed by the professional SecuFirm2 mounting system and the pre-applied NT-H1 thermal paste - a real premium solution for the quiet cooling of LGA4677-based Xeon workstations and servers.Article no.: 1903287

Note Please note: The NH-U9S DX-4677 is a dedicated version for the Intel® LGA4677 socket. Due to the custom-designed, larger contact area, the cooler cannot be used on smaller sockets and is not compatible with Noctua's mounting systems for these sockets. Please note: To mount LGA4677 processors and coolers, a plastic CPU carrier frame is required. These carrier frames are supplied with Intel® boxed CPUs and are available for tray CPUs through Intel® resellers. Since different processors require different carrier frame types (E1A, E1B, E1C), please make sure to use the correct carrier frame for tray CPUs.
