The USB-C 3.2 Gen1 to RJ-45 Ethernet cable from goobay is a technology upgrade for maximum convenience. The innovative adapter cable 70698 is the compact Ethernet solution for all USB-C devices without their own RJ-45 port. The smart chip built into the USB plug replaces the previously required, cumbersome RJ45 to USB-C adapter. Ethernet is immediately available without any additional drivers. The LAN cable enables a stable, wired Internet connection on USB-C devices without their own network cable connection. With CAT.6, the cable achieves a transmission rate of up to 1 Gbit/s and is effectively protected against interference thanks to foil shielding (FTP). The braided, durable textile jacket of the USB cable has a pleasant feel and protects sensitive surfaces. The high-quality, robust aluminum connectors with kink protection ensure longevity. The USB-C port is compatible with notebooks and tablets from common manufacturers such as Lenovo, HP or Dell as well as with Windows, macOS and Android and is backwards compatible with USB 2.0.
