Description

The Safe-Torque A 1 torque wrench is equipped with a slip-over mechanism. Once the set torque value has been reached, the tool cannot be overtightened, so that the application of too high a torque is impossible. The setting range is from 2 to 12 Nm, for controlled clockwise and anti-clockwise tightening. The Safe-Torque torque wrench is suitable for clockwise and anti-clockwise tightening with a set torque. When the Torque Lock function is switched off, tightening and loosening takes place without torque. The SafeTorque torque wrench can then also be used as a standard ratchet with high loosening torques and for defined angle of rotation applications. The desired torque value can be easily set and secured. The audible and tangible click when the scale values are reached also makes it easier to set the desired torque safely. The return angle of the ratchet is only 5°, so that it can also be used in tight work situations. The Safe-Torque torque wrench A 1 has a 1/4" square drive and is suitable for 1/4" socket wrench inserts. The ball lock ensures that the sockets and accessories are securely in place during screwing. A short press on the release button on the head of the ratchet and the ball lock is released again.Article no.: 1870854
