Delivery Information

DigiMart's online shop delivers goods using the logistics services of its partners. All shipments, if available in our warehouse at Liepājas iela 3b, Riga, Latvia, are dispatched as soon as possible, but no later than the next working day after receipt of the order payment. For delivery of items that are not in stock but are available for order, a customer advisor will contact you. If the courier is unable to contact the recipient, the order will be returned to DigiMart. The order will be stored in DigiMart's warehouse. Arrangements for collection of the order from the DigiMart warehouse at Liepājas 3b, Riga, Latvia should be made with the store manager who will contact the Buyer to inform about the pick-up of the goods.  No refunds will be given for deliveries that could not be made due to the Buyer. A separate delivery charge will apply for re-shipment, which will be indicated on the re-shipment pre-paid invoice. The order will not be re-shipped until this fee has been paid and the money has been credited to the DigiMart bank account.      
 

Parcel machines

Delivery via Omniva, DPD and Venipak parcel machines is fast and convenient as you can pick up your parcel at a time and place convenient for you. Parcels are delivered to the parcel office within 1-3 working days. The maximum weight of a parcel is possible up to 29.99 kg. You will receive an SMS with more details, as well as a code to enter at the parcel office to collect your parcel. If the item cannot be placed in the parcel machine, DigiMart online shop may, without notice, change the delivery method to courier delivery.

Courier

Delivery by courier to your specified pick-up address is within 1-2 working days. The courier delivers along a pre-planned route, so it is not possible to choose the exact time of delivery. The courier will contact you prior to delivery to inform you of the delivery time. Courier services deliver only to the address, without carrying, i.e. to the front door. In cases where delivery to the apartment is required, the service costs an additional EUR 15 on top of the delivery price.

Collection at the office

Collection is possible at the office and warehouse address Liepājas iela 3b, Riga, Latvia during working hours from 9:00 to 18:00.

Purchases cannot be paid for on the spot. Purchases are only dispensed once prepayment has been received.

When you arrive at the DigiMart warehouse, please call +371 22315028 to open the barrier. Free parking is available on site. Drive straight to the end of the building, the last door on the right is the DigiMart door.
