Description

The powerful but compact BBQ table grill VG 195 from Steba has a die-cast aluminum grill plate and a transparent glass lid to seal in the juicy taste. The glass lid achieves particularly tender grilling results without drying out and at the same time forms an appetizing crust. The natural taste, ingredients and shape are thus preserved as best as possible. The plate has a ribbed grill area with a grill pattern for steaks or fish, a smooth area for sausages, bacon, seafood, vegetables and the like, and a "hot zone". The cast iron plate heats up very quickly thanks to the integrated heating element. The integrated thermostat and the temperature control light ensure that all dishes are prepared perfectly. Excess fat is directed into a drip tray. The non-stick grill surface prevents grilled food from sticking.
