Description

The GC-EC 2040 electric chain saw is a handy and powerful device that proves to be a reliable helper when sawing firewood, thinning and felling small trees. Quality OREGON bar and chain ensure optimal cutting performance. The chain can be tightened and changed without tools. The high-quality, robust metal gear ensures good power transmission and a long service life. The GC-EC 2040 is equipped with a kickback protection with a mechanical instant chain brake, which ensures that the chain stops immediately if the saw kicks up. The oil level in the oil tank of the automatic chain lubrication can be easily checked thanks to the large sight glass. The large oil filler opening with quick release allows the oil to be easily refilled. A chain catch bolt ensures safety in case the chain ever comes off. The robust metal claw stop ensures safe guidance and serves as a pivot point when sawing lying logs. The supply cable is protected by a cable strain relief.Article no.: 1860365
