The Lindy Active DisplayPort 1.2 Cable 41079 combines a sleek and modern design with high performance, enabling high quality, reliable DisplayPort transmission over long distances. An active chipset in the small housing in the middle of the cable amplifies the DisplayPort signals to achieve DP transmissions over longer distances without additional repeaters or extenders. Although many active DisplayPort cables are unidirectional and the connection to the source and display requires a special connector, this cable supports bidirectional data exchange. The connection is therefore very simple. The elegant design and the high quality, flexible cable enable easy installation behind walls or in cable ducts, for discreet and modern AV systems. The DisplayPort 1.2 cable technology makes it suitable for a wide range of DisplayPort devices including PCs connected to DisplayPort advertising displays. With resolutions up to 4K 60Hz, videos can be played with amazing clarity. The 8-channel audio support enables an immersive audio experience as a complement. The additional support of the REC.2020 color space covers a wider color spectrum with more contrast and true-to-life colors, as required for HDR content.Art. No.: 1892572
