The new Wi-Fi 6 standard meets the needs of networks with the constantly increasing numbers of wireless devices. From smartphones, notebooks and speakers to 4K smart TVs: more and more devices are being used simultaneously on your Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi 6 optimally integrates every device into the home network, meaning you always have a reliable data connection.

The FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX supports Wi-Fi 6 in the 2.4 GHz spectrum as well as in the 5 GHz band, including even 160 MHz wide Wi-Fi channels that enable speeds of up to 2400 Mbit/s.

Mesh Wi-Fi with FRITZ!
The FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX supports Mesh Wi-Fi, meaning your videos, music and photos seamlessly reach every corner of your home, apartment or office. How does it work? The FRITZ! devices work together as part of a single network, communicating with each other and optimizing wireless devices and network usage.

With Mesh you enjoy high speeds while surfing, streaming or gaming. Instead of waiting for breathtaking HD television and your favorite music, your media will wait for you.

Connect and go
Setting up the FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX is super easy: plug it in, press the button and the FRITZ!Repeater and FRITZ!Box or a WPS-enabled router connect automatically. The FRITZ!Repeater adopts the Wi-Fi settings and is ready for use immediately. The FRITZ!App WLAN helps you find the ideal position for your FRITZ!Repeater.

Gigabit via LAN cable or Wi-Fi
The FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX connects to the Wi-Fi of your FRITZ!Box and provides its own network: This gives you more Wi-Fi range, without any cables. With its gigabit LAN port, the repeater can integrate network-enabled devices without Wi-Fi into the home network e.g. a smart TV or a printer.

Alternatively, the FRITZ!Repeater can be connected via a LAN cable or using a powerline adapter. This means even longer distances can be bridged effortlessly.

Easy to operate and update
From the ideal placement to the optimum Wi-Fi channel: The repeater supports you with multi-colored LEDs, software wizards and a clear, user-friendly interface. The FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX also benefits from new features provided in free updates.

Secure encryption for Wi-Fi networks
The FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX supports secure WPA2 encryption, as well as the new WPA3 standard. This allows the repeater to establish secure connections to modern routers and your Wi-Fi is well protected.
