Description

The OWC ThunderBay 4 mini is a compact data storage enclosure that can be equipped with 2.5-inch HDDs or SSDs. The ThunderBay 4 mini offers plenty of power and flexibility, but is only as long as a pencil and is lightweight. The robust, heat-dissipating aluminum housing has two Thunderbolt 3 ports (Thunderbolt 2/Thunderbolt backwards compatible) for speeds of up to 1556 MB/s. This provides more than enough bandwidth for private and business backups - right up to the highest resolution audio, photo and video formats. Speed, size and convenience - the OWC ThunderBay 4 mini offers everything a demanding workflow requires. With four drive bays, you can mix or match 2.5-inch SSDs and HDDs of different brands and capacities. You can use mixed drives independently or combine drives as a RAID (requires RAID setup and management software such as OWC SoftRAID).Art.-No.: 1800629
