The crimping assortment for wire end ferrules 97 90 09 from Knipex contains the self-adjusting crimping pliers 97 53 04 and a large assortment of wire end ferrules in various sizes, with and without plastic collars. The assortment is housed in a TANOS MINI-systainer, a sturdy stackable plastic box. The T-Loc lock allows operation with just one hand; with one turn you can open or close the systainer and connect it to a second systainer. You can also open the systainers when they are connected and access the contents quickly and easily without breaking the connection. Inside, the TANOS MINI-systainer contains two stackable plastic inserts, each with six recesses for the connectors and sleeves. The self-adjusting crimping pliers 97 53 04 are suitable for crimping wire end ferrules in accordance with DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4. They have a self-adjusting adjustment to the desired wire end ferrule size, suitable for all twin wire end ferrules in the capacity range. They enable the crimping of 0.08 to 10mm2 and 16mm2 in one profile using the selector lever to set the crimping range 0.08 to 10 or 16mm2. The consistently high crimping quality is guaranteed by a forced lock (can be unlocked) and a precisely set (calibrated) crimping pressure at the factory. In addition, they are extremely easy to use thanks to the power amplification by a knee lever for fatigue-free work, the handy design and low weight. The small crimping tool 97 53 04 offers great advantages for the user: Automatic self-adjustment to the wire end sleeve used relieves the workload of the specialist and offers safe, reliable and fast crimping.
