Description

This model of a German DR BR 52/TY2 steam locomotive from the Second World War reproduces the original in 1:35 scale. It has many impressive details: symbols, numbering, labels and additionally numerous prints of measuring instruments in the engine room of the locomotive. Thanks to the easily removable roof of the engine room, a look into the faithfully reproduced equipment can be taken. Even the imitation of burning coal can be found in the chimney. As with a real steam locomotive, the entire gear system is coupled together so that it moves simultaneously. Inside the model there are gears that form a complex mechanism for the realistic movement of the wheels and the entire drive. The finished model is about 41 centimeters long and comes with 5 straight track sections and two railway worker figures (1x German, 1x Polish). The set includes two interchangeable plates with the name of the locomotive: Either BR52 or Polish Ty2.Art. No.: 1919175
