Crispy chicken wings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons flour or fine muesli
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Drain the wings by placing them on paper napkins.
- Mix the wings in a bowl with the spices and roll them in flour or fine muesli.
- Place inside an air fryer and spray a little oil (to prevent sticking).
- Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
Sweet potato fries
Ingredients:
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.
- Mix with oil and spices.
