Crispy chicken wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons flour or fine muesli
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil

Preparation:

  1. Drain the wings by placing them on paper napkins. 
  2. Mix the wings in a bowl with the spices and roll them in flour or fine muesli.
  3. Place inside an air fryer and spray a little oil (to prevent sticking).
  4. Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.

Sweet potato fries

Ingredients:

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.
  2. Mix with oil and spices.
  3. Bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Crispy prawns

Ingredients:

  • 500 g large prawns without shell
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Coat the prawns in flour, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  2. Place the prawns in a hot air fryer.
  3. Bake at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package tortillas or lavash
  • tomato paste
  • grated cheese
  • sausage, smoked meat, chopped olives, etc. ingredients of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Spread tomato paste on tortillas, top with cheese and other ingredients.
  2. Roll up and cut into small pieces.
