The administrator of the website www.digimart.lv SIA CCLM has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent their unjustified disclosure to third parties.
1. During the visit and use of the online shop www.digimart.lv, SIA CCLM may receive information containing personal data:
1.1 by obtaining personal data directly (name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address);
1.2 indirectly, by collecting information (for example: using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of SIA CCLM).
2.The personal data of the buyers shall be processed by SIA CCLM in compliance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data. When processing and storing the personal data of the Purchasers, SIA CCLM uses organisational and technical means that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, alteration, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
3. By purchasing goods and services offered by SIA CCLM in the online shop, the Buyer agrees and authorises SIA CCLM to register, enter, store, systematise, use and in any other way process the Buyer's personal data, as well as the data that the Buyer will provide to the Seller in the future, to the extent that it is necessary for such purposes:
3.1 processing of data resulting from the orders of SIA CCLM, contractual obligations of the Buyer, or processing of data necessary for the conclusion of the relevant contract (transaction);
3.2 the data is necessary for the identification and accounting of the Customers;
3.3 the data is necessary for sending commercial communications (email and/or SMS);
3.4 the data is necessary for the performance of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the contracts (transactions) concluded accordingly;
3.5 the data is necessary for the processing of the Buyer's application for hire purchase.
4. SIA CCLM shall ensure the protection and security of the Buyers' personal data, their non-distribution to third parties, insofar as it is determined by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data, except for the Seller's partners who provide delivery of goods purchased in the online store, financing of goods and provision of services, to the extent that personal data are necessary for the performance of contractual obligations.
5. The payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the owner of the platform Maksekeskus AS.
6. The Buyer has the right to request that his/her personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as to suspend their processing or to destroy them, if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, untrue or no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this respect, the Customer may modify or delete the data entered in his/her user account or request SIA CCLM to do so.
7. The Buyer shall be entitled to receive such information upon a reasoned request in writing:
7.1 what data about the Buyer has been obtained, the source of the data, when the information included in the data was changed (if the regulatory enactments allow it);
7.2 the purpose for which the personal data have been processed, details of the recipients of the personal data;
7.3 information on whether the data have been processed by automated means.
8. personal data of purchasers will be stored for no longer than required by the laws and regulations. The Buyer may request the deletion of his/her data at any time
