1. While visiting and using the online store www.digimart.shop, SIA “CCLM” may receive information containing personal data:

Types of personal data: name, surname, phone number, delivery address, e-mail address, information about purchased products, details of the order recipient, payment information, purchase history, product data, as well as information on withdrawal from a distance contract and refunds. Communication history is also processed, including electronic correspondence, as well as information on delivery of goods or provision of services. When creating a user account, data on the date and time of account creation and the IP address are additionally processed.
Legal basis: processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in cases where another person is indicated as the recipient of the goods.
Storage period: registered user account data are stored for the duration of the account, while order data are stored for 5 years from the date of order placement. If no account is created – 5 years from the date of order placement.
3.2. Fulfilment of obligations set out in regulatory enactments, preparation of invoices, accounting of financial transactions, and retention of evidence of financial transactions for accounting purposes.
