Description

The 20cm long KNIPEX DP50 pipe cutter is a perfect plumbing helper, it cuts all common plastic domestic sewage pipes up to O 50mm, the two-stage blade cuts and in the same step applies the bevel for professional joining of the pipes. The reversible blade, which can be changed without tools, is made of high-quality ball bearing steel and achieves a smooth cut. No readjustment or deburring is required, which reduces the risk of blockages or damage to the seal. The KNIPEX DP50 pipe cutter cuts HT and many other plastic pipes with O 32, 40 or 50mm and a wall thickness of up to 2.4mm. The pipe diameter can be set in advance using the slide control made of robust metal. The plain-bearing and self-adjusting rollers enable optimal pipe guidance and easy cutting. The clear view of the cutting point makes it easier to position the pipe. Thanks to the spring-loaded cutting blade, no annoying readjustment is necessary during cutting. The reversible blade with double cutting edge can be changed without tools; if it wears out, it can be easily turned or replaced without additional tools. Re-cutting or fine cutting is possible from a cutting length of approx. 10 mm. The tool body is made of robust, glass-fiber reinforced plastic.Art. no.: 1844651
